💸 HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping rates vary based on a few factors, including:
Whether your order is domestic (U.S.) or international
The total weight of your package
The shipping method you select at checkout
All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout alongside the carrier and estimated transit time.

🚚 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders usually ship within 2 to 24 hours of being placed.
✨ During high-volume times (restocks, new product launches, or sales events), processing may take an additional 2–4 business days.
📦 SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
🇺🇸 U.S. DOMESTIC:
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
🇨🇦 CANADA:
Shipping times may vary. Please note: customs and duties are not included in product or shipping costs. These are assessed at the border and must be paid by the customer before delivery.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL:
We offer discounted DHL International shipping (normally $45–$65 — but we cover part of it to help spread the hair(y)less love worldwide!).
Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days, not including time spent in customs or inspections.
📫 TRACKING & CUSTOMS
Customs & Duties:
Our retail and shipping prices do not include customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are set by your country’s customs agency and must be paid by the customer before delivery.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Our customer service team sees the same tracking updates as you and cannot access additional details beyond what the carrier provides.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Waxes & Hair Removal Creams:
Due to health and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. All sales are final.
Sapphire Prism IPL Device:
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for IPL devices that are unopened, sealed, and unused.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
We provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
